📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing the department, including planning, organizing, and coordinating departmental activities.,Oversee day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor department staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental strategies and policies.,Handle departmental budgets, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Represent the department in meetings and conferences, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or port environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with port operations and logistics is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
