As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas, including tables, chairs, and linens.,Interact with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or requests.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events run smoothly and according to schedule.,Maintain accurate records of banquet services and inventory.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet areas, including decorating and arranging furniture.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds (13.6 kg) with or without assistance.
