📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Monitor system performance and security.,Assist in data backup and recovery processes.,Provide training and documentation for IT systems and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software support.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical troubleshooting and repair skills.Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWSAzureGoogle Cloud).Knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies.Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong customer service and communication skills.
