Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve company performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to carry out their duties effectively.,Monitor and analyze company performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the company is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that the company's reputation is maintained and enhanced.,Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and other events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,A minimum of 10 years of experience in a general management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze company performance, and identify areas for improvement.,Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements, and the ability to ensure that the company is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
