📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and consistency
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team
• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss performance and improvement opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing team performance and operations
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
