Abeam Consulting is seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the ongoing optimization of our clients' systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.,Lead and mentor a team of consultants and developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and ongoing management of their SAP SuccessFactors systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP SuccessFactors and industry trends to ensure our solutions are innovative and competitive.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of SAP SuccessFactors systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline.,Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are able to effectively use and leverage the SAP SuccessFactors system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Certification as an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect or equivalent experience.,Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.,Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required.
