SHIFT Pratama is looking for a talented Senior Junior Accountant to join our team in Ciamis, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees,Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Fluency in English and Indonesian
