📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts payable.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, with a focus on reducing payment delays and errors.
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices to maintain compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP, with a strong understanding of financial software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and best practices.
