Bengkel Gita Auto Service is seeking a dedicated Assistant Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position located in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movements.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Support the procurement team in identifying and sourcing new suppliers.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Provide support in the analysis of supply chain performance metrics.,Assist in the organization and implementation of supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.,Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
