📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement distribution plans to ensure timely delivery of products.,Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize costs.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of products.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and supervise distribution staff to ensure high levels of service and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution processes to identify and implement improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
