📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design relevant training programs.,Conduct needs assessments and provide feedback to improve training programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
