📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations.,Monitor and report on operational activities and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documents.,Provide support in the implementation of new operational processes and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff in operational tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
