📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for the role.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.,Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both remotely and in the office.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
