📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of crew members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.,Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers, and handle any passenger complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle, including the interior and exterior.,Monitor and record the vehicle's fuel consumption and maintenance schedule, ensuring it is always in good working condition.,Plan and execute the daily route and schedule, ensuring the vehicle arrives on time and efficiently.,Participate in safety drills and training sessions, and keep up-to-date with any changes or updates to company policies and procedures.,Report any accidents, incidents, or near-misses to the appropriate authorities and company personnel, and assist in any investigations that may follow.,Promote a positive and professional work environment, and encourage teamwork and collaboration among crew members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience working in the transportation industry, preferably as a crew member or in a similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.,Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle you will be driving.,Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently, with good English skills being a plus.
