Shine Data Berjaya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team in various financial activities, including data entry, bank reconciliation, and preparing financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
  • Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget and forecasting.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll and other employee-related financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of vendor and customer invoices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
