📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to key accounts.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on key account strategies.,Conduct regular client meetings and visits to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to ensure competitive positioning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key client relationships.,Strong understanding of the market in Kalimantan Barat and the ability to develop market insights.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
