Puskesmas Putri Spareparts is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of our facility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update patient records and appointment schedules.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle patient billing and insurance claims.,Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide information about our services and facilities to patients and visitors.,Assist in any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with computer systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Professional and friendly demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
