📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee daily store activities and ensure smooth operations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the central team to implement new initiatives and improvements.,Maintain accurate records of store transactions and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
