📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage a team of employees, providing them with the training and support they need to succeed.
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase store revenue.
  • Monitor store inventory levels and ensure that they are adequately stocked.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance and sales.
  • Attend and participate in regular store meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and increasing store revenue.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to and from the store location as needed.
