📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff performance and skills.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on training program progress and outcomes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
