📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
