📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and develop sales leads through market research, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and have good English skills.
