📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage piling and foundation construction projects from inception to completion.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.,Resolve project issues and challenges to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular project meetings and reports to keep stakeholders informed.,Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in piling and foundation construction.,Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
