📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct takeoff and estimation of materials, labor, and equipment for construction projects.,Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate cost estimation.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project feasibility and profitability.,Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends, cost databases, and estimation software.,Mentor and guide junior estimators to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related advice and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in takeoff estimation, preferably in the construction and engineering industry.,Proficient in using estimation software such as EstimateOne, CSi Estimate, or similar.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor rates, and equipment costs.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and practices.
