Apotek Nanda Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food. You will work closely with the Head Chef to prepare and cook dishes, manage kitchen staff, and maintain a clean and efficient kitchen. If you are passionate about food and have a strong desire to excel, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing kitchen operations.,Manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Ensure food quality and safety by following HACCP and other food safety standards.,Keep track of food inventory and place orders as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.,Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety standards.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate and any other relevant certifications.
