📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages.,Manage and lead a team of stewards, waiters, and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in inventory management and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian

Multilingual skills (English and Indonesian) are a plus.Experience in managing a team is a plus.Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.Experience in sushi preparation is a plus.
