PT Raya Bintang is seeking a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Ubud. This is an immediate opening and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Maintain records of store transactions and financial reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and depositing.,Support the store manager in any additional tasks as needed.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
