📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax planning strategies to minimize risks and maximize savings.
• Manage and analyze financial data using SAP and Oracle Financialis.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the finance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and compliance, with a focus on manufacturing and logistics industries.
• Proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financialis.
• Certification in tax compliance or financial reporting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
