📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records and processing payroll.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in HR, depending on the candidate's career stage.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR and Workday.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
