📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process customer orders using Salesforce and SAP
- Ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Monitor order status and update customers on progress
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve any issues
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and order management
- Proficient in using Salesforce and SAP
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
