📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging live classes on risk management and compliance topics.
• Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Create and update course materials, including presentations, case studies, and interactive exercises.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in risk management and compliance.
• Collaborate with other mentors and instructors to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in risk management and compliance.
• Certification in risk management (e.g., CISM, CRISC, or FRM) is a plus.
• Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant educational tools.
• Experience in designing and delivering online or live educational content.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
