In this role, you will be working closely with our supply chain team, sourcing managers, and other stakeholders to identify and negotiate with potential suppliers in China. Your daily tasks will include market research, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order fulfillment. You will need to be proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar systems, and be comfortable with data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and negotiate with suppliers in China to secure high-quality materials and products
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Evaluate and select the most suitable suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery terms
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, providing regular feedback and support
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import procurement, with a focus on China
• Proficient in Mandarin language, both written and spoken
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar systems
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
