📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage network devices 24/7 using tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure network uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve network issues and implement improvements.
• Document network configurations and changes to maintain an up-to-date inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide immediate support during network incidents.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and best practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and office-based tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in network operations or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, or Nagios.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
