As an Associate Underwriting Assistant, you will work closely with the Underwriting Manager to review and assess insurance applications, conduct risk assessments, and provide recommendations to ensure the financial stability and integrity of our insurance products. You will utilize various underwriting tools and software, including GoTeam's proprietary underwriting system, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Review and assess insurance applications to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to the Underwriting Manager.
- Utilize GoTeam's underwriting system and other relevant software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the claims department to gather necessary information for underwriting decisions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for insurance applications and policies.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in insurance underwriting.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance underwriting or a related role.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and underwriting guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with underwriting software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
