As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-7 employees, including drivers and support staff. You will ensure that all operations run smoothly, from vehicle maintenance and route optimization to customer satisfaction and inventory management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of 5-7 employees, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Optimize routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient use of company resources.
• Monitor and manage vehicle maintenance, including scheduling servicing, tracking parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance, including sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory turnover and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the head office to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with the local market and regulations in Lembang, Purwakarta, and Subang is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
