📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the Product Team, overseeing the development and implementation of payment systems that support Singapore’s financial infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including fintech startups, banks, and payment service providers, to ensure the integration of innovative payment solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of payment systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and foster collaboration.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the evolution of payment systems in Singapore.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the payments industry, and advocate for their adoption within MAS.
• Represent MAS at industry conferences and forums, sharing insights and best practices in payment systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in payment systems, with a strong background in fintech and financial technology.
• Proven track record of leading product teams and managing complex projects in the payments industry.
• In-depth knowledge of payment systems, including real-time payments, card networks, and digital wallets.
• Certification in financial regulation or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
