📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Substitute for regular teachers when needed, covering a variety of subjects and grade levels.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school's curriculum and national standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of lesson plans and teaching strategies.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure a smooth learning environment.
• Use a variety of teaching tools and resources, including educational software and interactive whiteboards.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students from various cultural backgrounds.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and educational standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience working in a multicultural or international school setting is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid teaching certification or license.
