📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with international clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on order status.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that orders are shipped according to the agreed-upon schedules and conditions.
• Maintain and update order records in our ERP system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide regular reports on order status and performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export sales administration or a similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.
