🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of retail products and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to remote locations.
