You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, create engaging content for our social media platforms, and assist in organizing our annual marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to build their skills in a real-world setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Create and manage content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Support the organization of our annual marketing campaigns, including event planning and execution.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for our business.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentation materials.
• Collaborate with the communications team to develop and implement internal and external communication strategies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and content creation tools, such as Canva and Hootsuite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali for campaign events.
