📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR, implementing relevant strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in regional HR operations.
• Certification in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or CHRP, is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
