📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about the hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Perform basic room maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic hotel operations and procedures.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
